Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Bulk Happiness.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Bulk Happiness, accessible from https://bulkhappiness.com/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Cancellation of orders is only permissible until the order is not dispatched from our warehouse and we request all our customers to raise the cancellation request within 12 hours of order placed as all our orders dispatched within 1 or 2 business days.
If the order is dispatched, Cancellation request will not be entertained.
On rejection of orders at the time of delivery, you will be charged both the forward and reverse shipping fee for the order which will be deducted before issuing the refund for the order.

Please allow one week for your return to be processed by our customer service team. You will receive a call or an email once your return is processed.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- We only allow our customers to return faulty products, damaged products, and mistake in order or mismatch in ordered size. Other than this cannot be returned.
- Place your return request within the 5 days of order received.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- Product must not be used or damaged.
- All returned products have to be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
- Shipping costs will be refunded only if the mistake happens from our end.
- All gifts or promotional products received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
- Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Conditions for Exchange
- Place your exchange request within the 5 days of order received.
- The Goods are in the original packaging.
- Product must not be used or damaged.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
- If the exchange complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.
The following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or exchanged, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return or exchanged due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Returning or Exchanging Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning or exchanging the Goods to Us. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer only. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return/exchange shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
- Please note: Although we have tried to precisely show the actual colour of the products, there may be a minor variation based on the operating system you are using.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Refund Timeline
- Refund will be initiated within 48 hrs from when the goods received at the above mentioned address, you should get an e-mail confirmation that the refund is initiated.
- Within 5-7 business days from the date of initiating a refund, you should receive a refund.
- We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. Please note we do not charge any cancellation fee on order cancellation. However, a transaction charge of 5% is placed by our banking partners which will be deducted before issuing the refund to the original payment method.
